Sandahouse is
found in the
little
town of
Muzla, next
to Sturovo, not too far the Donau where life flows as if time
stopped a
few decades ago. Traditional countryside environment guarantees the
guests with
a restful and relaxing holiday in the peace of the garden of
Sandahouse. The
city of Sturovo, with its famous thermal aquatic park "Vadas", dists
only 7 kms from Muzla, while the thermal center wellness of Patince is
only 25
kms away. Muzla is famous for its hot and dry summer climate,
a guarantee
of a pleasant and sunny holiday.
Sandahouse is a traditional country house built in raw bricks, and is currently under restructuring. Available to our guests are 2 new apartments that we have prepared with independent entries: Sanda and Vika. The house is surrounded by a garden of 2000 m2s, in which all is predisposed for a good rest on the deck-chairs, under the parasol. A fire will be lit for our guests every evening, in an area of the garden equipped for the purpose; we invite them to spend a romantic evening around the fire admiring the falling stars that, for the transparency of the sky and the lack of strong environmental lights, offer an unforgettable show.
Available to our guests, there will also be a barbecue or a typical big pot hung to the tripod above the hearth, where it will be possible to cook the gulasch according to local traditions. The guests will have the possibility to roast their own skewers on the open fire, which is lit every night.
Another peculiarity of Sandahouse is that our guests' kids can pitch their own little tent in the garden. The guests can bring along their own faithful four-legged friend: dog or cat. They are always welcome at Sandahouse.

In Muzla one can also find the restaurant of the Hotel Montanara. Besides the village supermarket, which is at a walking distane from Sandahouse, it is possible to buy fruit, fresh season vegetables and fresh eggs from the small local producers. Wine, a product typical of this region, is available near the private wine shop in the village.
In the countryside, close to the unisex hairdresser, there is a small saloon that performs manicure and pedicure. The guests can book manicure and pedicure to be performed directly at their home at Sandahouse.
New 2012 Family Pizza Restaurant in the village delivery the pizzas and other meals from the menu to Sandahouse at exceptional prices!
| FREE TIME |
The
environment invites bike-lovers to explore the country paths or the
bicycle track along the Donau. In the village of Sarkan it is
possible to
book horse trips; while from Sturovo the evening walk to the Hungarian
city of
Estergom is mandatory, divided from Sturovo only by the Donau and
connected to
it with the beautiful Maria Valeria bridge. In Estergom you can admire
the
marvellous basilica of Estergom that is reflected in the waters of the
great
river. A local tourist train connects the two villages. Also the trip
to
Budapest, 60 kms from Muzla, can make your holidays even more
interesting.
| APARTMENT SANDA |
The apartment is found at ground floor with its own independent entrance. Also in the most torrid heats the inside temperature remains pleasant, thanks to original walls (50 cms thick) built according to the traditional local technology. The apartment consists of a romantic bedroom, a living room, an equipped kitchen corner and a modern bath. The furnishing has been created by the local artisan teachers. The kitchen is equipped with a plain gas stove, refrigerator with freezer, and a microwave oven. In the living room there is a satellite TV , dvd player and a bed-sofa; in the bedroom a double bed; in the bath, a sink, wc, bidet and shower. The guests of the apartment Sanda will have at their disposal, in the garden,a great rustic table of wood above the old well where to spend a romantic dinner to light of candle.
| APARTMENT VIKA |
An
interesting attic apartment with its own independent entrance,
elegantly furnished with modern furniture. There are a room with double
bed, a
living room with kitchen corner and a bath. In the living room there is
even a
bed-sofa, satellite tv, dvd player; in the bath: sink, wc, bidet,
shower. The
kitchen is equipped with a gas stove, refrigerator with cell freezer
and a
microwave. The apartment Vika is equipped, in the garden,with
deck-chairs
and parasol umbrella.
